Does Baby Buzz'r® Contain Bisphenol A (BPA)?

No, Bisphenol A (BPA) is only contained in poly-carbonate and no poly-carbonate is used in the Baby Buzz’r®.

How do I care for and clean my Baby Buzzr?®

NEVER immerse the Baby Buzzr® in water, this may permanently damage the toy. Do NOT put in dishwasher. Be mindful that there is a sensitive battery-operated vibration device enclosed within the Baby Buzzr® which can become damaged if thrown with force or dropped. So if baby wants to play catch with the Baby Buzzr®, try one of our Gertie balls instead! For cleanups, simply use a clean damp cloth with water and a mild soap, wipe clean. NEVER leave the toy in a hot car.

How do I change the batteries?

As simple as it sounds we get asked this question a lot. Use a small Philips Screwdriver #0. The screws are located on the back, adjacent to the mirror. Start with one side and unscrew about 5 or 6 revolutions, when it gets tight go to the other side and unscrew that one. It takes a long time as these are long screws. Also of note, as safety precaution, the screws don't come off of the back. Remove the back. Insert the batteries correctly and replace the back. That's it, good to go!

What kind of batteries do I need?

2 AAA batteries.

Does my Baby Buzzr® contain any phalates or toxic plastic?

NO! There are rigorous toy-safety standards that the Baby Buzzr® had to pass in order to be considered safe for baby and go to market.
